
Ingredients:
50 Caramels ( 14 oz bag ), 2/3 cup evaporated milk,
3/4 cup melted butter, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped
pecans, 1 box German chocolate cake.
Mix cake mix with butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Take 1/2 of this mixture and layer the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan.
Bake for 15 min. @ 350 F degrees.
Pour 1/3 cup evaporated milk into a bowl with the unwrapped caramels and microwave for 1 min. at a time until melted.
Place melted caramel mixture, chocolate chips, and pecans on the already baked layer of cake.
Pour and spread evenly the remaining unbaked cake mixture over the top of the caramel layer.
Bake another 15 min. until done.
