Ingredients:
1- 8oz. package of cream cheese, 1- cup sugar, 1- 4oz "Cool Whip" cream, 1- pint fresh, sliced strawberries, 1- 9 inch baked pie crust.
Allow the cream cheese to soften.
Mix the sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer until fully blended.
Place 1/2 of the strawberries on the already baked crust.
Spoon the entire cream cheese mixture over the strawberries already in the crust.
Cover the cream cheese mixture with the remaining sliced strawberries, reserving a few for use as a garnish.
Place a layer of "Cool Whip" over the strawberry pie.
